Job Summary
Owning the narrative and visual identity across the entire portfolio, the remote Director of Content and Brand will manage brand coherence, build content strategies, and establish thought leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams to reinforce BEP's positioning as a "most valuable partner."
Key responsibilities
- Design a brand architecture framework that unifies various segments while maintaining differentiation
- Define and manage a comprehensive content strategy across multiple channels, including web, social media, and earned media
- Position proprietary data assets as industry authorities through insights, research publications, and effective press strategies
Required qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in content strategy, brand management, or marketing leadership at B2B companies
- Proven track record in consolidating brands and unifying messaging across divisions
- Strong writing, editing, and coaching skills with the ability to set and maintain editorial standards
- Experience in measuring content performance and linking narratives to business outcomes
- Familiarity with the B2B buyer journey and operator/distributor context
