Job Summary
To lead the content function and drive growth, the full-time salaried Director of Content Marketing will set the strategy, build the team, and produce high-quality content across various formats while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and define the content strategy across organic search, social media, video, written content, and creator enablement
- Establish editorial standards, production workflows, and quality benchmarks for the content team
- Build and develop a high-performing content team while driving measurable outcomes through defined KPIs
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in content marketing or content-led growth with demonstrable impact on traffic and revenue
- Hands-on production experience across various content formats including articles, videos, and podcasts
- Strong understanding of SaaS and creator business growth strategies, including lead generation and retention
- Solid foundation in organic search practices, including keyword research and content optimization
- Proven track record of hiring, coaching, and developing content talent
