Director of Content Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Content & Portfolio (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team focused on content strategy and execution for the Gale and Thorndike businesses
• Develop and implement a content strategy that addresses the needs of global library, K12, and academic markets
• Assess and improve content development and acquisition workflows to enhance profitability and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a product management or operations role with a focus on successful product development
• Experience in budget accountability and financial management, including P&L oversight
• Proven leadership experience within a matrix environment
• Strong ability to articulate vision and strategy aligned with business goals
• Experience leading teams through change and mentoring leaders
