Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategic direction of the course catalog

• Lead and develop a high-performing content team while ensuring quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, publishing, content strategy, or a related field
• Six+ years of experience in content strategy, curriculum development, or editorial leadership
• Experience improving content production workflows and managing multiple development tracks
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools used in content creation or editorial workflows
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to guide content decisions
