Director of Content Strategy

Job Summary

Leading a team of content creators, the full-time remote Director of Thought Leadership & Content Strategy will translate Slack's platform narrative into engaging content, including whitepapers and digital materials, while driving major product launch narratives and supporting external communication efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Slack's platform messaging into market-engaging content that shapes industry perceptions of AI and the future of work
• Write and produce thought leadership materials, including whitepapers and trend reports, to establish Slack's market position
• Develop content for major product launches and support communications and analyst relations with compelling narratives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in content strategy, product marketing, or editorial leadership with a strong portfolio
• Proven experience in building and leading high-performing content teams
• Track record of producing impactful content that drives perception and engagement
• Ability to translate complex product narratives into accessible market-facing content
• Strong editorial judgment with a focus on creating content that resonates emotionally with audiences
