Director of Continuing Education

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Continuing and Professional Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio leadership for continuing and professional learning programs, including workforce aligned certificates and professional development offerings
• Identify and develop new continuing education programs aligned with industry needs and emerging workforce skills
• Build and maintain industry and community partnerships to support program development and customized professional learning opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or above preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in higher education
• Experience in curriculum development and course design
• Proven ability to manage budgets and oversee program logistics
• Experience supervising teams, particularly instructional designers
