Director of Continuous Improvement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Continuous Improvement to drive operational efficiency and implement process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives, including project deployment and KPI reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects with financial impact
• Mentor and develop leaders to adopt Lean principles and drive a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process management, or systems thinking
• Experience with change management and financial acumen related to project impact
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis with a focus on quantitative/qualitative problem-solving
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Master Black Belt and Prosci ADKAR certification preferred
