Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Continuous Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects across departments using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of internal consultants to enhance process improvement capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in process improvement or operations with a track record of successful initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt are highly desirable
• Experience in a multi-site or large-scale operational environment is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in change management methodologies is required
