Director of Continuous Improvement
Job Summary
Leading the advancement of continuous improvement culture, the full-time salaried Director of Continuous Improvement will enhance operational performance and build organizational capability through the implementation of Eaton Lean Six Sigma and other improvement strategies, with opportunities for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual Continuous Improvement Plans in partnership with business/division leadership
- Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and strategic plans for the implementation of Eaton Lean Six Sigma across facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive core functional excellence and improve organizational effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations and/or continuous improvement
- Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement methods, Lean Six Sigma, and project management
- Strong ERP/systems knowledge
- Undergraduate degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
