Director of Continuous Improvement

Job Summary

Driving process excellence and productivity improvements, the full-time remote Director of Continuous Improvement will lead initiatives to enhance operational performance and client satisfaction across fulfillment operations, collaborating with site leadership and cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with fulfillment site leadership to identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and customer outcomes
• Analyze operational performance data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization, leading Lean methodologies such as Kaizen events
• Develop standardized operating procedures and best practices across fulfillment centers while monitoring project progress and key performance indicators

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in fulfillment, distribution, supply chain, or continuous improvement environments
• 3+ years of experience in high-volume distribution or 3PL operations
• Proven track record of leading operational improvement initiatives with measurable gains in productivity and client satisfaction
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and similar methodologies
• Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational reporting platforms
