Director of Contract Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Contract Management to lead contract negotiations and lifecycle management in healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, storing, and monitoring contracts
• Lead or support the deployment and ongoing management of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable healthcare laws and regulations while identifying and mitigating contractual risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD or advanced degree in Business, Law, or Healthcare Administration is a plus
• 7+ years of contract management experience, with at least 5 years in the healthcare industry
• Proven experience deploying and managing a contract management system (CLM)
• Demonstrated use of AI tools for contract analysis and familiarity with relevant platforms
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory frameworks
