Seeking a full-time Director of Contract Management, this role will manage the selection, deployment, and optimization of AI-enabled contract management tools while overseeing core contract activities such as creation, review, negotiation, and execution.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and governance of AI-enabled contract lifecycle management tools to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Develop and provide training on contracting workflows, templates, and automation to ensure effective tool usage by teams and stakeholders

Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 7 years of contract management experience in a large, global organization

- Expertise in AI contracting tools, including workflow optimization and template development
- Understanding of evolving technologies impacting contract management
