Director of Contract Management
Job Summary
As a key member of the contracting leadership team, the full-time salaried Director of Contract Management will manage the selection, deployment, and optimization of AI-enabled contract management tools while overseeing core contract management activities such as creation, reviews, negotiations, and execution, in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the selection, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of AI-enabled contract lifecycle management tools
- Develop and govern contracting workflows, templates, playbooks, and automation to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Provide training and change management support to ensure effective use of contract management tools by teams and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 7 years of contract management experience in a large, global organization
- Deep technical knowledge of contracts and contractual risk management
- Expertise in AI contracting tools and workflow optimization
- Understanding of evolving technology impacts on contract management
