Job Summary

Leading a specialized team, the full-time Director of Contract Operations will oversee the financial execution, validation, and auditing of commercial and government payer contracts in a remote capacity, ensuring compliance and accuracy while managing rebate claims and payer disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee validation processes for all rebate claims and manage timely payment processing
• Optimize revenue leakage by identifying overpayments and leading dispute management frameworks
• Direct external audit programs to verify compliance with contractual agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Healthcare Administration
• Advanced credentials such as an MBA, CPA, CIA, or MS in Finance preferred
• 8+ years of experience in pharma contract operations or revenue compliance
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing financial operations teams
