Director of Contract Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the strategic oversight of pharmacy network contracting frameworks, the full-time remote Director of Contract Strategy will manage provider engagement, contract strategy, and governance to ensure alignment with pricing, quality objectives, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership over pharmacy participation agreements and contract standards, ensuring consistency with enterprise objectives
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks to guide negotiations, amendments, and operational applications
• Serve as a senior point of engagement for pharmacy providers on contract-related matters and lead discussions on contract interpretation and strategic alignment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of progressive experience in PBM, healthcare plans, or pharmacy networks
• Demonstrated experience in provider contracting and contract strategy
• Strong understanding of pharmacy reimbursement and claims adjudication concepts
• 3+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams
