Director of Contract Strategy

Job Summary

Providing strategic oversight and governance, the full-time remote Director of Contract Strategy will lead pharmacy network contracting frameworks, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies, quality objectives, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership over pharmacy participation agreements and contract standards
• Develop and maintain contracting playbooks and governance frameworks for negotiations and amendments
• Serve as a senior point of engagement for pharmacy providers on contract-related matters

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in PBM, healthcare plan, or pharmacy network
• Demonstrated experience in provider contracting and contract strategy
• Strong understanding of pharmacy reimbursement and claims adjudication concepts
• 3+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams
