A company is looking for a Director, Contracts and Contracting Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the contracting and contract services function, including contract review, negotiation, and administration
• Develop and supervise contracting professionals, establishing standards and improving workflows
• Partner with business leaders to align contracting support with company objectives and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred
• Ten or more years of experience in contracting, contract management, or procurement
• Strong experience in government contracting and public sector procurement
• Demonstrated experience leading contracting teams and managing complex contract workflows
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and data privacy standards
