Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the contracting team during complex negotiations
• Oversee negotiation strategy execution to meet financial targets and strategic objectives
• Serve as a subject matter expert on contracting models, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in managed care contracting, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Extensive experience with Medicaid, Special Needs Plans (SNPs), and government healthcare programs
• Proven ability to lead high-performing contracting teams and develop talent
• Expert knowledge of reimbursement structures and risk-based payment models
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred
