Director of Contracts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Contracts to lead and manage contracting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Contracts Division, establishing workflows and policies
• Draft, redline, negotiate, and manage various types of agreements
• Implement a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and maintain a centralized contracts repository

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract management or legal operations
• Proven experience implementing contract systems or CLM platforms
• Strong knowledge of employment agreements and commercial contracts
• Excellent negotiation and redlining skills
• Experience in a scaling organization or private equity-backed company preferred
