Director of Contracts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Contracts to lead and manage contracting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Contracts Division, establishing scalable workflows, policies, and systems
• Draft, redline, negotiate, and manage a wide range of agreements
• Select and implement a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract management or legal operations
• Proven experience implementing contract systems or CLM platforms
• Strong working knowledge of employment agreements and commercial contracts
• Experience in a scaling organization or private equity-backed company preferred
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to build processes from scratch
