Job Summary

Director of Contracts and Counsel, a full-time position responsible for overseeing the company's contract function and providing legal guidance in commercial transactions, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's contract services team and ensure quality control of deliverables
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and governmental procurement agreements
• Manage the contracts repository and facilitate the implementation of technological solutions for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• A minimum of seven years of experience in commercial contract management
• Extensive experience managing and leading a contracts or legal team
• Proven track record in drafting and negotiating complex agreements
