Director of Contracts Operations

Job Summary

To establish and lead the operational infrastructure for the Contracts function, the remote full-time Director of Contracts Operations will develop policies, procedures, and training programs while managing a high-performing team to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and continuous improvement of all Contracts policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines
• Create and manage a library of templates and tools to ensure consistent execution across the function
• Design and deliver training programs for contracts, including onboarding and compliance-related learning

Required qualifications

• BS/BA required with 12+ years of experience in contracts and/or supply chain
• Deep knowledge of government contracting, including domestic and international programs
• Proven ability to build operational infrastructure from the ground up
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and effective communication across all organizational levels
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship
