Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of CRO to lead their Conversion Rate Optimization efforts remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of the team to focus on conversion rate optimization, creating a data-driven environment
- Develop and implement CRO methodologies to enhance customer acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with sales on business pitches and upsell opportunities, and report on CRO performance with actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, particularly in B2B SaaS environments
- Experience managing or transforming teams with a focus on CRO best practices
- Strong understanding of optimization tools such as Google Optimize and Optimizely
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
