Director of CoRe Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of CoRe Product to lead product strategy and development for commercial and retail deposit and lending products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap and identify market trends
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and monitor product performance
• Ensure compliance with regulations and manage product-related risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 8-10 years of product management experience in banking or financial services
• 3-5 years of people leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial and consumer banking products
• Proven ability to develop product strategies aligned with organizational goals
