Key Responsibilities

• Own the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the core product, including player journey and compliance frameworks
• Present product health and strategic pivots to the executive team and key stakeholders
• Recruit, mentor, and build a high-performing team of Product Managers while fostering a culture of excellence

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with significant time in senior leadership roles
• Extensive experience in Payments/Fintech, Identity/Onboarding, Regulatory Compliance, or related fields
• Proven ability to recruit and develop top-tier product talent
• Strong skills in navigating competing priorities from various business functions
• Comfort with complex data sets and financial modeling to support decision-making
