Job Summary

To enhance employee engagement and organizational alignment, the full-time salaried Director of Corporate Communications will develop and execute internal communication strategies, manage employee engagement forums, and ensure consistent messaging across the organization while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to create and implement internal communication strategies, including announcements and engagement initiatives
  • Lead the messaging for new People programs to strengthen the company's employer brand and support recruiting efforts
  • Oversee planning and production for organization-wide events such as Town Halls and Quarterly Business Reviews, ensuring effective communication and engagement
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, English, Journalism, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate communications, with a focus on internal communications
  • Proven content creation and copywriting skills across various formats
  • Experience collaborating with multiple departments and stakeholders in a corporate setting
  • Strong portfolio of written communication samples demonstrating professional writing abilities
