Job Summary

Leading the company's enterprise external narrative, the full-time remote Director of Corporate Communications will manage strategic external communications, ensuring a consistent voice across various audiences and driving positive business outcomes through integrated storytelling and regulatory engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise narratives that enhance stakeholder trust and align with regulatory developments
• Lead customer-facing messaging and go-to-market strategies, particularly during regulatory or policy changes
• Develop proactive media strategies and engage with external stakeholders to position the company as an industry leader

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 10+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or public affairs
• Experience in regulated industries and policy communications
• Proven ability to develop strategic narratives that influence external stakeholders
• Experience in agency and contractor management
