Director of Corporate Communications

Job Summary

Leading the internal and external communications function, the full-time salaried Director of Corporate Communications will manage public relations strategies, employee communications, and issues management while driving a high-performing communications team in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the earned media agenda, including product launches and corporate announcements, while building relationships with key media and influencers
• Develop and execute employee communications programs to keep staff informed and engaged, while enhancing the employer brand
• Lead and scale the Corporate Communications team, ensuring operational excellence and modernized communication practices

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in corporate communications with experience in both internal and external communications, including 3+ years in leadership roles
• Deep understanding of B2B tech, particularly in AI, cloud, or data infrastructure
• Proven ability to build media relationships and run successful PR campaigns with measurable outcomes
• Experience with crisis and change communications under pressure
• Demonstrated fluency in AI tools and their application in communications strategies
