Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Compliance to manage its enterprise compliance program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the corporate compliance function
  • Design and implement compliance frameworks and manage a Conflict of Interest program
  • Conduct compliance training, assessments, and develop strategic recommendations for improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; J.D. strongly preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory, risk, or legal operations roles
  • Experience with healthcare data privacy, HIPAA, and regulated environments
  • Strong investigative judgment and ethical decision-making skills
