Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Compliance to manage its enterprise compliance program.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the corporate compliance function
- Design and implement compliance frameworks and manage a Conflict of Interest program
- Conduct compliance training, assessments, and develop strategic recommendations for improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; J.D. strongly preferred
- 7+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory, risk, or legal operations roles
- Experience with healthcare data privacy, HIPAA, and regulated environments
- Strong investigative judgment and ethical decision-making skills
