Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings and presentations with prospective acquisition targets
• Manage the CRM tool tracking interactions with prospective acquisition targets and perform financial valuation analyses
• Coordinate integration planning for acquired businesses and assist in negotiation processes

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or related fields
• Proficient in building financial/valuation models in Excel
• Strong affinity to AI and AI-assisted processes
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field from a top undergraduate program
• Must demonstrate a high degree of personal character and integrity
