Key Responsibilities

• Monitor trends in the healthcare IT landscape to identify acquisition and partnership opportunities
• Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including sourcing, valuation, and integration planning
• Build relationships with financial intermediaries and collaborate with the leadership team to align initiatives with company strategy

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital focused on healthcare IT
• Deep understanding of the healthcare IT ecosystem and regulatory environment
• Proven track record of executing M&A transactions and strategic investments
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring skills
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
