Director of Corporate Development

Job Summary

Leading the evaluation and execution of strategic transactions, the full-time Director of Corporate Development will manage mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other growth initiatives while working remotely and serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial analysis and valuation workstreams across strategic transactions
• Drive transaction processes including structuring, negotiations, and execution
• Manage relationships with external advisors and enhance Corporate Development processes for improved efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 6-10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical corporate development, investment banking, or private equity
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise across various transaction types
• Proven ability to independently lead complex, high-visibility projects
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
