Job Summary

Leading corporate development initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Corporate Development will manage mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and market analysis to drive growth and operationalize strategic priorities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate development strategy, prioritizing acquisition and partnership opportunities
• Lead transaction processes from sourcing to execution, ensuring alignment and diligence
• Build financial narratives and market analyses to support executive decision-making and partnership structuring

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in corporate development, investment banking, or strategy consulting with a focus on complex transactions
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and structure high-value deals with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills, including market and competitive analysis, business case development, and financial modeling
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with experience driving alignment across diverse teams
