Director of Corporate Development

Job Summary

To drive high ROI opportunities, the full-time remote Director of Corporate Development will lead the corporate development function by identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisitions and strategic investments while leveraging AI tools throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Build systems to continuously identify acquisition and investment opportunities using AI tools
• Lead comprehensive due diligence efforts across various functions, synthesizing information into actionable insights
• Manage transactions from initial outreach through closing, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience leading mergers, acquisitions, or complex strategic initiatives
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
• Proven experience building AI-assisted research or workflow automations
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
