Director of Corporate Development

Job Summary

Driving strategic growth in a remote full-time capacity, the Director of Corporate Development will identify new partnership opportunities, cultivate relationships with physicians and health systems, and lead complex transactions to expand the ambulatory surgery center network.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of high-value partnership opportunities across existing and new markets
• Establish trust-based relationships with physician owners and health system executives to align partnership goals
• Originate, structure, negotiate, and close complex joint venture opportunities while coordinating stakeholders throughout the transaction process

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in corporate development, business development, or healthcare strategy within the ambulatory surgery center or healthcare services industry
• Proven success in structuring and closing complex healthcare partnerships or strategic transactions
• Strong understanding of ASC operations, healthcare finance, and transaction economics
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, or other advanced business degree preferred
• Prior experience within a private equity-backed healthcare organization and an established network within the ASC industry strongly preferred
