Director of Corporate Facilities

Job Summary

To ensure a safe and efficient working environment, the remote Director of Corporate Facilities will manage facility operations and maintenance programs, oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, and lead a team while focusing on asset lifecycle management and energy efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, direct, and monitor daily performance of operations and maintenance teams to ensure compliance with service level agreements
• Deliver preventive maintenance plans and oversee the completion of work orders and assignments
• Inspect facilities regularly to assess efficiency and effectiveness of personnel and service providers

Required qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of facilities management experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Preferred degree or higher education qualification in Facility/Property Management, Building Services, or equivalent experience
• Experience in a BPO CX setting is preferred
