Director of Corporate Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Corporate Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global financial planning and reporting processes, including month-end reporting and variance analysis
• Oversee the global budgeting process and ensure alignment with corporate strategy
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards for executive use, promoting technology adoption within the finance team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 10-15 years' experience in corporate finance, with 5-8 years in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• 5-7 years' experience leading a team in a corporate finance environment
• Experience working in a multi-national, global business, preferably in the insurance or service industry
• High proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
