Director of Corporate Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Corporate Finance to lead financial planning and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global financial results consolidation, variance analysis, and prepare presentations for senior leadership
• Oversee the global budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards, promoting technology adoption within the finance team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 10-15 years of experience in corporate finance, with 5-8 years in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• 5-7 years of experience leading a finance team
• Experience in a multi-national business environment, preferably in the insurance or service industry
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
