Director of Corporate Finance

Job Summary

Leading the financial strategy for a purpose-driven brand, the full-time remote Director of Corporate Finance will manage the finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, cash flow management, and profitability initiatives to support the company's growth toward $100M.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, audit-ready financials by the 20th of each month with full account reconciliation
• Build and maintain a 12-month rolling cash forecast, updated weekly, ensuring liquidity and visibility
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across all departments, achieving a 10% variance between forecast and actual results

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA strongly preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including 3+ years in leadership
• Proven success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Experience implementing scalable systems and automation in growing organizations
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, compliance, and tax standards
