Director of Corporate FP&A

Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical and operationally minded Director of Corporate FP&A, this full-time remote position will manage consolidated reporting, board reporting, acquisition integration, and financial process rigor while directly developing an FP&A team member.

Key responsibilities

• Own the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual board financial reporting packages
• Partner with Accounting to streamline intercompany reconciliation and consolidation processes across multiple business lines
• Support finance integration activities related to acquisitions, ensuring alignment in reporting and processes

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in FP&A or finance operations, with at least 3+ years at a Senior Manager level or higher
• Experience in a high-growth, $250M+ revenue SaaS or marketplace business
• Prior ownership of board reporting and executive-level financial presentations
• Experience managing acquisition integration and multi-entity financial operations
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with a preference for experience in modern FP&A systems
