Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Corporate Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and strategy for the enterprise learning ecosystem, aligning initiatives with business priorities
• Design and implement frameworks and standards to ensure quality and accountability across learning programs
• Oversee large-scale learning initiatives and develop change management strategies for new programs and technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in leading enterprise learning or talent development initiatives
• Proven ability to design and scale learning programs aligned with business strategy
• Experience building governance structures for consistency and quality in learning
• Hands-on expertise with learning technologies, including LMS platforms and instructional design tools
