Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate partnership strategy aligned with the organization's goals
• Lead and mentor the Corporate Partnerships team, ensuring high performance and collaboration
• Cultivate and manage relationships with high-level corporate partners, overseeing partnership agreements and performance tracking

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate partnership development and management
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and mentoring a team
• Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Knowledge of agricultural and/or environmental issues preferred
