Job Summary
Driving new corporate partner growth and revenue, the full-time salaried Director of Corporate Partnerships will lead a deal team focused on creating and closing new opportunities while collaborating with internal stakeholders and leveraging strategic thinking to align offerings with partner goals, all in a remote or onsite capacity in Los Angeles, CA.
Key responsibilities
- Leading a deal team to prioritize, target, create, and close new and expansion opportunities within the assigned territory
- Developing tailored approaches for each account by understanding InStride's offerings and the competitive landscape
- Building relationships with potential partners to gain buy-in and align on desired outcomes
Required qualifications
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in business development or corporate partnerships, preferably in tech-enabled services or education
- Proficiency in consultative/value-based selling with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience managing long, complex deal cycles and handling multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Strong strategic thinking skills and business acumen
- Familiarity with Salesforce as a CRM for maintaining accurate data and tracking progress
