Director of Corporate Partnerships

Job Summary

As a key architect of corporate growth, the full-time Director of Corporate Partnerships will identify, cultivate, and secure six- and seven-figure commitments from corporations, working flexibly from a location near a Per Scholas campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive fundraising roadmap to grow and diversify corporate revenue
• Oversee the lifecycle of corporate relationships, ensuring high-quality stewardship and ambitious growth targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful proposals and reports that demonstrate the ROI of corporate investments

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive development experience for Director level; 10+ years for Vice President level, with a proven track record of securing significant grants
• Exceptional writing and speaking skills, with the ability to present complex data compellingly
• Strong strategic mindset with a focus on building relationships and aligning funder motivations with organizational goals
• High proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Commitment to social change and bridging the opportunity gap
