Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Corporate Responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the Corporate Responsibility program, ensuring ethical and sustainable operations
• Implement policies for social responsibility, environmental management, and compliance with regulations
• Produce annual reports and manage training initiatives for internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in business administration, sustainability, public policy, or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, or environmental programs
• Experience with compliance reporting and audit processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Must be able to lawfully work within the jurisdiction where the colleague resides
