Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Corporate Strategy & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the company's long-term strategy, financial goals, and growth roadmap in partnership with executive leadership
• Lead analysis of industry trends and develop financial models to inform strategic decisions and forecast growth
• Oversee the M&A pipeline and support cross-functional diligence efforts for acquisition opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, M&A, investment banking, or financial planning & analysis
• Proven experience in strategic planning, financial modeling, and due diligence processes
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and financial forecasting
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations for executives
