Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Strategy, Planning, and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the company's long-range strategy process in collaboration with executive teams
• Support enterprise-level integrated planning, assessing competitive landscapes and identifying growth opportunities
• Establish and execute a performance monitoring process, including the development of OKRs and leading performance forums

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, focusing on strategy and execution
• Proven track record in strategic planning frameworks to drive business growth
• Experience in business development and managing partnerships
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and financial analysis
• Experience in a fast-growth digital health or health tech start-up
