Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for shareholder value creation and recommend practical approaches
• Lead strategic projects and initiatives across various business areas, including growth and organizational restructuring
• Contribute to corporate development projects, including acquisitions and partnerships, and ensure organizational alignment on strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a leading strategic consulting firm at the engagement manager/project leader level
• Proven strategic thinker with experience in growth, go-to-market, product, and innovation strategy
• Understanding of projects in financial services, information services, and/or software sectors
• BS degree preferred in business administration, marketing, economics, or an analysis-based discipline
• Distinctive ownership over outcomes and an entrepreneurial mindset in identifying new opportunities
