Director of Corporate Strategy

Job Summary

To drive inorganic growth and corporate strategy initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Corporate Strategy will lead complex M&A transactions, manage partnerships, and support executive decision-making while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities aligned with company strategy
• Lead cross-functional due diligence efforts and support transaction execution through closing and integration planning
• Develop executive-level presentations and financial models to evaluate strategic options and inform leadership decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• Ten to fifteen years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting with a proven track record in M&A transactions
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis
• Strong leadership capability with experience leading cross-functional teams and complex initiatives
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive and Board level
