Director of Corporate Strategy
Job Summary
To drive enterprise-wide growth and global strategy, the full-time remote Director of Corporate Strategy will manage the strategic planning process, partner with vertical leaders to align investments, and oversee market entry strategies while mentoring a team of Strategy Managers and Associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the annual strategic planning process and establish long-term success metrics in collaboration with vertical leaders
- Partner with Corporate Development to construct investment theses and design post-acquisition integration plans
- Operationalize competitive intelligence to guide product pivots and execute market entry strategies
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise strategy, management consulting, or corporate development within high-growth digital health or healthcare environments
- Proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership in matrixed organizations
- Financial fluency with skills in unit economics, financial modeling, and business case construction
- Deep industry exposure to Employer Benefits, Health Systems, or Payer markets
- MBA preferred
